Richard A. Fischler, CPA, PFS, formed the firm on January 1, 1996, and is currently the sole shareholder.  He was previously a principal in the accounting firm of Hanson & Fischler, P.C. in downtown Pittsburgh.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Tax Division and Personal Financial Planning Division), and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
